Bob's Good Ass Smoked Rimjob

So, I was at the Black Cat Tavern. My buddy Graeme is talking about my smoked garlic. He exclaims "If you ever make a Caesar rimmer, please call it a Rimjob!"

The next day I made the Rimjob. It is a really nice blend of celery salt, kosher salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic and paprika. Smoked for 4 hours with hickory wood, it definitely kicks your Caesar in the ass!
