Hickory smoked Salt

From the "Paris of the Prairie", comes a product to elevate your culinary endeavours. Wow. That is quite the writeup. Anyways, small batch smoked with hickory chips for 4 hours, imbuing the salt with hickory taste. No other additives are used. The salt is a nice Kosher salt, as it is not only a perfect size for smoking, but also works best in all varieties of cooking.
